It seems to be the common view that science and spirituality are separate endeavors, or moreover that they are OPPOSITE endeavors. Many tell me that science's goal is to explain in "real" terms what used to be explained by myth (spirit) and that absolute scientific knowledge (when science has figured everything out) will expose all religious ideas as false.
The idea that science and spirituality are opposite is wrong, and in this technology-embracing world, is a cause for widespread cases of people out of touch with their spirit. Science can and will be used to create more refined spiritual models. Knowledge of electricity, astronomy, color and light, complex mathematics (chaos and fractal geometry), genetics, and all other fields (too numerous and ridiculous to mention) offer great new insights into spiritualism, and should be used to create a more sophisticated "myth" system than current established religions.
Partial list of Spiritual Concepts made possible by technological advancement.:
1. Understanding humans in a machine context.
2. Understanding large chaotic and fractal systems
3. Electricity is Life.
4. Reality meets at either end of the spectrum
5. "Missing link" is genetic experiment by alien race.
